Hello, unfortunately these did not fit me. When filled, they seem to be harder and slip out of shape. I can't judge the effect of that pad because they don't hold

Good day.
Try lying down with them for 20 minutes. It will also help to remove excess liquid from the patch with a spatula, dragging the patch between the spatula and the wall of the container (if you have such a spoon left from previous patches) ❤️
