Great cleansing water, no smell, does not irritate, removes make-up well

According to the instructions on the product packaging, as well as directly on the Ksisters.sk website in the "Usage" section, you should apply the cleansing water to your palms and lather... however, the product does not foam at all and is just like the foaming cleanser we are used to , completely worthless and unusable. :'(
