I really like how it soothes and moisturizes my problematic but dry skin (currently on a course of systemic retinoids). You shouldn't expect any miracles from it, but the composition is very good, it doesn't cause any negative reactions. It can be a little sticky when it dries on the face, but after covering it with a cream everything is as comfortable as possible :)
