My favorite is the brand's soothing sheet mask, which is why I looked into this cream and gave it a try based on the ingredients. I've been using it for 2.5 weeks, it moisturizes and nourishes very nicely, it's a rich-textured cream, so for those who have a hard time with richer creams, this might be too much. It reminds me a bit of Vaseline in texture. I usually put it on at night, apply the brand's West Lake and Nourishing Serum underneath, and my skin is very nicely hydrated in the morning. I also like to use it after exertion (e.g. swimming pool / enzyme peeling / under and over retinol) to help strengthen the barrier. I haven't used it under SPF yet, I think it's thick enough for that. It's important that it's fragrance-free and alcohol-free, so my sensitive skin loves it and doesn't irritate it. It's a good cream, I might order it again.

This balm has completely transformed my skin! I use it every night before bed. It is a bit thicker, has a similar texture to Vaseline, it takes a while to absorb after application but the next day my skin is nourished and bright. It has a calming effect and is very hydrating. I received a sample of it and I loved it. I use tretinoin so my skin needs a good moisturizer. This one helped me within 1 night to reduce redness and flaking. I think it would be perfect for winter.

I use it in the evening as the last step in my care routine after tretinoin, which dries the skin a little. I can say that it hydrates and repairs the skin very well without weighing it down.

It is not very thick, I use it as last step of my night 7 layers routine to lock the moisture, no irritation so far so am glad! ( oily combo skin with rosacea)
