Very pleasant facial toner

Cleanses the skin, it is like a basic ingredient in my nightly facial cleansing process. It does not have a strong scent, and it also washed off perfectly and the face remains pleasantly soft. First I cleanse my face with PURE foam and then I cleanse my face with OAT IN SILKY tonic, and apply PURE night cream.
