I am 40 years old, but I would recommend the cream for women around 50-60+ years old. The cream is thick, it moisturizes and nourishes well. However, I wake up in the morning with an oily area near my nose. It didn't suit my skin very well, but I can't rate it as bad, my mother (60+) praised it. I also don't like its smell, it reminds me of my grandmother's smell, or of creams used in the early 90s. I say yes to the cream if you are older and need to moisturize properly, but at the same time the skin doesn't remain oily, but hydrated.
