I don't understand the phenomenon: a thick cream, yet lacking hydration, has no long-term effects. The lighter version definitely worked better for me, and I have very dry skin (and there are much better ones out there).

One of the best creams I've ever tried! I use it after azelaic acid. It absorbs very well and doesn't leave a greasy feeling, which I don't particularly like! This is my first jar, but I'll definitely order more.
