It is suitable for dry skin, it is thick and nourishes quite well. It is unlikely to be suitable for oily and combination skin, and I also don't think it will be successful as a base before applying makeup. I tested it in the mountains for a whole day, I didn't need to reapply. I think it is best suited for exactly that.
