This serum fills in my incipient wrinkles very well. You don't need a lot of it and it absorbs quickly. I can feel the small pinpricks very strongly, but they didn't cause any irritation.

The serum has a nice consistency; you only need a small amount. I apply it to my face and neck. You can feel the needles at first, but my skin hasn't reacted with any redness. I use it twice a week. After the serum, I apply a ceramide cream. My skin is smoother and my pores are less visible.
