The pads are made of an interesting material, very soft, like cotton. They exfoliate and cleanse very well, without causing irritation. I couldn't find any instructions on whether you should wash your face after using them. I don't wash them off, but I let the liquid dry, and it does a good job of minimizing the appearance of pores. The package is very large, containing 70 pads. The scent is very delicate and fresh. A great product, I'm sure it will be a long-lasting part of my daily skincare routine.
