1. Wash your feet and dry them with a towel. 2. Cut the content bags along the dotted line, then open the foot mask sheet to take out the content. (Be careful not to reach the ankle as much as possible.) 3. Put a foot mask sheet with the contents on each foot and leave for about 1 hour (fix with the tape provided). 4. Remove the sheet and wash your feet with clean water. 5. After about 4-6 days of use, the keratin layer of the feet begins to peel off. (Do not remove it by force until the keratin layer of the foot is naturally exfoliated). 6. After about two weeks, you can see soft and clean feet.
